Negatives:
the Place is Run down. Our AC smelled Like Funk and was broken. Our Iron didn’t work and the Carpet Smelled musty. Had reserved a crib And they said They all had been stolen so we couldn’t get one. The Indoor Pool was ‘OUT OF SERVICE. Don’t stay unless you’re in a hurry and low on funds!

It took forever to check in the pool we was told was available was closed all buildings were disconnected and difficult to get to the location is in a dangerous place to turn out of the room was dirty
The tub needs pulled out and changed it was also dirty hair in bed others that stayed in same hotel said their room smelled like cigarettes it was non smoking
Main thing is it was filthy and we did not have amenities promised

Positives:
Great location, nice room for price, good continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, not just cereal and yogurt). If it hadn’t been so cold, we would have walked anywhere we wanted to visit.
Negatives:
The beds were meh, but that’s hotel sleeping, so no major complaints. Some of their policies seem to need updating online. They no longer have smoking rooms or allow pets, but thankfully we requested neither.

the location of the property was within walking distance of a lot of attractions.
Negatives:
we felt as if the pictures were a misrepresentation of the hotel. it was very misleading. there was zero staff, we got hotel keys out of a lock box, the room itself looked as if it was never touched by housekeeping besides a made bed. we found very old food in the fridge, the stench was so bad we went out and bought a candle. we knew we wouldn’t get a refund in time for another hotel stay so we made the best out of what we could. the lobby was closed and we weren’t informed of no breakfast until after check in. We got locked out and because of no hotel staff had to wait about 15mins to get back into the room. The phone was unplugged and didn’t even work and there was no WiFi.
