Double Charged me for the room, I explained the situation to staff and showed proof and staff didn’t seem to care “I don’t know what to tell you we’ve only charged you once” was the response I received. The toilet doesn’t function properly, had to retrieve THE ONLY PLUNGER from the front desk wrapped in a plastic bag, towels and Shower area very dingy (brownish/orange color), THEY HAVE BUGS (Cockroaches), air smells very stale/like cigarettes, they have 2 old elevators so getting on/ off is a hassle because of how small they are, THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS OUT DATED, our closet consisted of a pull curtain No doors, our view consisted of scattered debris and hearing ppl cough due to the smoke area being part of our view, interior design is very poor, had a little trouble getting in after hours due to the keycard malfunctioning, lights were off at the front desk and no receptionist present. “BREAKFAST” consisted of a Mini muffin or Oats Bar and weak coffee, it’s also set up on a table in the hallway next to other guests room door (there is no dining/lounge area) NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL, WOULD BOT RECOMMEND. definitely for EXTENDED STAYS, most guests Live there. PRICE is too High for the quality.

The fact the upgrade was small and a handicap room definitely .When I booked they asked would I like an upgrade I did and I thought it was a great deal But to see there was no tub and one of the Ladies picked this room cause I had a small dog and the floors was hard wood. I asked if it was an upgrade and the other lady said there's no upgrade all the rooms where the same . And to get there and see it was handicap was upsetting. I didn't complain I thought there was no other choice and other place where booked

We were placed very near the front desk and people in the hallway were loud; especially in the morning maintenance workers(?) sat outside our door talking loudly about politics. They woke us up.
