Negatives: The door would not shut or lock properly the breakfast was completely empty by 7:30 AM and no coffee available And the attendant at the desk had her head down sound to sleep then told me they didn't have breakfast And there was no blow dryer

Negatives: Room was not clean. Stains on our comforters upon arrival. Stains/hairs on bathroom towels. TV was not working come to find out it had been unplugged so we had to crawl behind the TV stand to plug it in.
