The rooms and hallway had a smell of cigarette smoke even though no smoking allowed. People smoking and hanging around the front doors. The only breakfast was muffins.

The staff are extremely kind and very helpful. The rooms are large. If you are looking for a basic room for a night, this would do. Don’t expect to get great sleep, but it is a place to lay your head. Lots of hot water! Shower was nice.
Negatives:
Soundproofing in this hotel would make the stay far better. The hotel borders the highway, so you get the sound of traffic all night. The rooms were not clean. In one of our rooms there were stains on the bedsheets, and the floor obviously had not been vacuumed. Smoking is allowed right outside the facility so there is a lingering smoke smell in the hallways. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable with few pillows and no extra blankets. The HVAC unit was loud and did not work well. One room had a really funky smell.

The hotel carpets have a musty smell to them. It kind of feels muggy in the halls. I think a good carpet cleaning is due.

The location is good and the reception were helpful to change our room.
Negatives:
The breakfast is really disappointing. The hotel is pet friendly but it seems the walls are not well isolated that we spent three nights hearing our neighbors dog barking. At the end we decided we should change our room.
