When we arrived, we were never greeted. While checking in, we were told that they did not have the room type available. Then they requested a 100.00 CASH ONLY deposit. We left at that point, and we will not go back there.

Do not stay here. Room that was offered had two roaches when you first walked in. No other rooms available because hotel is so dilapidated many of the rooms are not usable. Beyond unacceptable.

Several things. The sheets were not clean, the sink water did not work at all, the room felt very dirty, there were overhead announcements all hours of the night, several people coming and going in the room next to us all hours of the night, the roomstunk

Staff did not speak very good english. Hotel was worn, needed full scale updating. Floors were dirty, looks like they forgot to vacuum. Coffe machine provided but no coffee paks, cups provided.

It was dirty, no bath towels or face towels in the bathroom. There was dry blood on the floor by the bathroom sink. A light fixture on the wall was detached. Dammed door to the bathroom. Grime on the walls. Hairs on the bed that were not ours.

It was right by the interstate so we could leave faster from this place.

First off it was a mess to even get my room on time. There was many issues going on when i got there with others trying to get a room. All was dirty in the room and just a nasty bathroom with mold and a spider living in there.

Unclean room, lights didn't work, mold on ceiling, stains on towels, sheets and blankets. Only stayed 1 night, manager promised would refund 2nd night but have yet to see the refund.

We didn't stay. The room was disgusting. We left as soon as we saw the room. We took our key back to the office and asked to cancel and get a refund. They agreed to that, but are now refusing our refund.

The staff does not seem to care at all. I've never had to give a cash deposit for a room I have stayed in. Have they not heard of putting a hold on a credit card? The establishment is run poorly

We did not stay in the hotel. There were large groups of people congregating, drinking and smoking outside the hotel. Also looked like there were many permanent residents living in the lower level. Pics on site are nothing like the actual hotel. Unsafe!
