Room was not available upon check-in due to lack of cleaning staff. Our room was downgraded from executive to standard and we we only given a $8 credit. TV in the room did not work.

Location. Close to Hollywood Amphitheater and breakfast food the next morning.

During departure there was a very pungent smell in the elevator and lobby.
