Positives:
I enjoyed the fact they had plenty of breakfast options and hot coffee in the mornings. The location was very close to my work site so it was very convenient. The staff was also super friendly.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean. The trash can was full when I checked into my room. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. There were cobwebs in the corners and dust on the tables. There was hair on the vanity top. I basically had to clean and wipe down all the surfaces before I felt comfortable. I never have felt I had to do this and travel 80% of the time. This was just my first time at this location.

The front desk wouldn't let us in for 45 minutes because despite paying and showing the receipt that I paid booking.com never paid the hotel. It was very hard to find a phone number for booking.com when we finally got them on the line they refused to speak with the front desk staff and said they had to call them directly. Then they said they had to wait 2 hours to pay. I booked and paid through booking.com weeks to months in advance. My issue is with booking.com and the hotel staff. Both if you should have dealt with the issue together and left me out of it since I paid and had the receipt to prove it. Very unprofessional by both of you.
