That I was able to smoke in the room.
Negatives:
The room was in horrible shape Holes in the walls and the floor was extremely dirty. All the sheets and blankets had holes in them. The bathroom had mold on the curtain and the ceiling had a hole and the fan and light was exposed. The ac unit was all busted up. The TV had white dots in it so really couldn't see anything on the tv.

Everything! There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and it was big enough for a racoon or something of that size. There was brown stuff splattered up on the wall by our sink. Our bedding had burn holes and the room reeked of cigarettes and we requested a non smoking room. When we requested new bedding they said they couldn't do anything about it till the morning. We only stated one night! The area felt very unsafe. We didn't even have a TV remote.

There was no breakfast the rooms were all nasty beds were stand up fixtures falling from the bathroom ceiling bathtubs were nasty caulking missing roaches crawling it was real nasty so I left and I'm looking for my refund I paid someone to stay at their home

I wouldn't stay there if I was a flood out victim the hotel is really building nasty I would not put a homeless person there the beds are standing up and nasty I left one room he put me in another room and it was worse I would never recommend no one to stay here it's unsafe unhealthy
