No hot water, toilet not working correctly. Filthy floors, walls with holes and scratches. Turned on the heater smoked and set of fire alarm. Curtains did not completely cover the window. Pool closed. Very dated

The heater didn't work properly. There is not enough heat. Have Stood in the room wearing my heavy coat for 2 hours, I still felt chilly.

I like the friendly staff and everything appeared to be clean.

The TV picture what is funny, fuzzy and not too clear. And there was a strange odor. The hotel had two different names, and there was confusion at check-in.

I wish I could think of a positive but I just dont have one. It was so bad that I ended up checking out and driving the rest of my trip because I didnt feel safe and was uncomfortable in the HIT room
Negatives:
Where to start? The room was HOT and after almost two hours with the AC on all the way it was still hot. All the channels on the TV were so snowy the I wanted to yell out the window for someone to turn the antenna but after witnessing what appeared to be a drug deal going down I didnt want to open the window. While the room itself appeared clean, the place was ran down and dingy. The facility had an odd odor about it as well. It did not appear to be in the best neighborhood.
