The girl working the front desk was very nice and did her best to help fix the situation.
Negatives:
I was traveling alone, and my room was on the ground floor. When I got to the room, I checked the windows to make sure they were locked and secure. The window easily slid open and wouldn't latch to lock. I asked to have my room switched because of the safety concern. Due to a busy weekend, every room in the hotel was booked. I asked to cancel my stay for both nights as I would find other accommodations. The front desk attendant needed to call her supervisor to see if it was possible to refund my card because it was only her second week working there. It feels like poor management to allow a brand new employee to work alone on a weekend when the hotel is booked to maximum capacity.

The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and only covered about the top half of the mattress. The pillows seriously need to be replaced.

No coffee in the room
No one at the desk when I went to turn my key cards in but there was a man sitting in the lobby area watching tv and having coffee. I waited for a bit for someone to come then the man asked if I needed a receipt Normally I do want the receipt but I guess at that point I didn’t want bother him so I said no and left. Later that afternoon I got a text giving me the prices for a late check out. That was weird!
