Staff was very nice and helpful and pool was nice
Negatives:
Pillows/beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms were not family friendly (showers in the open) shower door kept leaking water on the floor. Asked for extra pillow and blanket got it then after cleaning came through they were not replaced so had to ask for again. Booking.com stated 2 queen beds and a sofa bed..there was no "sofa bed" just a small bench..was only reason we booked the room was for that.

It was a nice room I would have scored it better if I wasn't double charged
Negatives:
I was charged double in case I purchased incidentals. I was told the extra charges would drop off my account in a few days but I could have used the money in my account. Here's an idea, charge me if I decide to purchase anything and don't take my money on the off chance I might want to purchase something.
