Positives:
located near the rail yards in north KC the location was relatively quiet and somewhat secluded yet close to many restaurants and services.
Negatives:
The rooms are as advertised, small but efficiently appointed. There was a small fridge and a single cup coffee maker but no microwave. There were food options for purchase from a display fridge in the lobby but no hot breakfast options (even though they were advertised) and the coffee bar in the lobby never had coffee, just got water.

I love the fact that there were rugs and not wall to wall carpeting. It felt much cleaner. I love the soap dispensers instead of wasteful mini bottles. Service was excellent, staff was professional but warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.
Negatives:
The view is completely terrible and the description was misleading. We expected a city view, not a view of dirt and stationary trains. It was pretty ugly. No local options for food and beverage only fairly boring chains.

The bed was very comfortable & overall the room was very comfortable. It was very convenient to the NKC Hospital which worked for my needs.
Negatives:
I tried to get hot water in the bathroom sink around 9:30 p.m. I literally let the water run for 5 minutes & never got even warm water. The next morning I got hot water right away. The shower door leaked out onto the floor. I ended up using both towels & a hand towel to soak it up off the floor.

The room was much smaller than anticipated. There was no privacy in the bathroom. There was no breakfast, except bananas and yogurt.. which we got charged for, for some reason, our view was the roof top of the building. The bar was underwhelming compared to how it was advertised.

Pillows/beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms were not family friendly (showers in the open) shower door kept leaking water on the floor. Asked for extra pillow and blanket got it then after cleaning came through they were not replaced so had to ask for again. Booking.com stated 2 queen beds and a sofa bed..there was no "sofa bed" just a small bench..was only reason we booked the room was for that.
