Negatives: 1. People right next to us fighting throwing stuff out the door and being very extremely loud and aggressive to each other and staff and my child had to see and witnesss it, I complained to the night worker he didnt do anything about it we had to hear the fighting go on till 3am and continued early the next morning of more fighting and stuff being thrown. And finally the manger called the cops and had them escorted off the property but that is not safe for anyone nor will I ever stay at this place again! 2. I complained how the ac themerstat didnt work properly it just turned 360 around so it was hard to figure out which was hot/cool and get it to cool down in the room. Upon arrival the room was so hot and humid and I have a medically Ill child along with his asthma and the room didnt cool off till 1am. 3. The fridge wasnt even working I told the night guy about that and it was never fixed the dial in the fridge just kept Turning in 360 motion as well I had to uplug it myself to try get it to work as my son breathing medication has to be kept cool and again took all night for that to work. 4. The shower did not drain it had standing water the whole time trying to take a shower and that is VERY UNSTANTry!! Complained to the night work Again about it stated matience would come look at it and no one ever came look at anything 5. Stairways are very unsafe first night we stayed there was a drunk guy sitting on the stairs and no cameras or nothing are in those stairways easy for someone to get rapped or hurt. 6. Definitely not what worth what I paid and the beds sucked! We will not return due to safety and sanitation problems but

Negatives: It was not very clean as there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the sheets had several stains on them. The beds were not very comfortable either.

Negatives: Pop machine didnt work

Negatives: The lighting was dim in the bathroom/sink area. The room had an old smell. The room was clean , so the smell is from age and climate.

Negatives: The breakfast was kin of a let down. Really wish there was bacon or sausage.

Negatives: Lights in the room need to be brighter, especially at the sink area.

Negatives: start it off with lock on the door was broken, smoke smell & musty/ mold smells! Hole punched in the bathroom door, sheets were filthy, dirty, air conditioner did not seem to work. would not credit me anything back for the stay, only ended up staying 4 hours couldnt handle any longer.

Negatives: In a word, dingy. Not up to what I expect from a BW affiliate.

Negatives: More frequent towel changes. Was available upon request.
