Positives: Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and skilled. The location, with easy walking distance to Kaufman Stadium, is excellent. A great way to attend a Royals game. The breakfast was wonderful.

Negatives: While our stay was only one night, I really didn't find anything I disliked.

Positives: The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Each person we talked with helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The lobby and halls were clean and inviting. They also comped our room for a night.

Negatives: Our car was stolen while we slept, and it had all my daughters belongings in it, as we were moving her across the country. There were cameras on the parking lot, however, they were not functioning at the time.
