All of the valet people were supper nice and helpful ! And they were busy looked like they were short staff. But did an amazing job!! 10/10
Negatives:
The sewer didn’t work . The staff did not communicate information. The elevators were so slow had to wait about 10 minutes to go downstairs to pick up my car. Poor valet had my car there waiting for idk how long holding back their job and other people.

The secondary property was fine.
Negatives:
I had a reservation - and was told the property was oversold. So I had to move to a sister property (close to the original). I was told there was a shuttle to bring me back to the other hotel. When I asked about the shuttle later that evening I was told the shuttle driver left, and basically - find your way back.. I'm like - wow, ok... So I ended up taking a Lyft. I have since joined Bonvoy - as my co-workers booked through Bonvoy and were not booted..

Had to wait FOREVER for elevators. Upon arrival there was animal feces on the carpet in our room. We were offered to change rooms but we were exhausted at that point so they cleaned it up. Bathroom had mold in shower.
