Negatives: Everything! there was no breakfast....but was told they would bring breakfast. Was dirty tried to put us in a dirty room then a room that the TV didn't work staff was ok some were nice others not so much. Was celebrating my daughter's birthday and it was just disappointing

Negatives: Door was off, big Crack at top of door. Room was VERY stinky, found cockroach in bed, was going to sleep in but had to get up after that. Opened back window and someone was standing there with a dog.

Negatives: Didn’t have satellite access for TV. Bed only had 2 light sheets on them. No Breakfast was served at all and the hotel was under renovations it smelled like paint and didn’t feel comfortable

Positives: I'm not sure I have anything positive to say about this place beyond the friendly staff of some. I think if this place finished remodeling or fixing whatever they were doing and a stay was made, it could have reviews like other La Quintas.
Negatives: It's incredibly hard to list all the didn't likes. I'll try to list the main issues. 1) the entire place looked like a remodeling warzone. Probably why the breakfast was not available. They did have lemonade in the lobby though. 2) see picture, sadly it's the only one we took. But it looked like rooms were in process of being remodeled and stopped to rent out. 3) bedding, pillows, sheets, etc has incredibly disgusting stains. Had to request replacements for almost all of them. 4) bathrooms were incredibly small and cramped. 5) circular air fresheners were all over the place to hid odors, some we figured were from smokers in non smoking rooms and other odors we didn't want to know. 6) requests for additional towels had to wait till next day when laundry service started up again. Those are the main issues, problem is, La Quinta's are not known for being the same thing as Motel 6 but in this instance it was. I am guessing it's because of the remodeling going on. Perhaps they didn't want to shut down parts of the hotel while they remodeled? This hotel has 2 wings to it, so they could have easily shutdown one wing and remodeled while the other was rented out. It seemed that every floor had something going on and wrong with it. I think this place needs to finish doing whatever it was doing and then another review can be made and it could have more positive outlook. Right now, sadly, bad review for a hotel chain that has been pretty good.

Negatives: The room had roaches the fridge still had food in it so the room was not well cleaned then I was moved to another room for it to have no fridge or microwave there were stains on the sheets and no remote for the TV and when I called to ask for one they didn't have one for me bc the girl at front desk was new so the whole night I was there I couldn't watch tv. I was supposed to stay for three nights only stayed two nights for them to give me 69 dollars back when I paid 300 dollars I will never stay at this facility again ever in my life . I literally wasted money that they would not give back talking bout I have to talk to booking the ppl I booked with

Positives: The location is good. The bed was adequate.
Negatives: The elevator had a do not use sign on it. Pretty sure I requested the 1st floor, but got 2nd floor. My husband has many health issues. Two of the 3 ice machine were broken. All the carpets desperately need to be cleaned or replaced. Our room smelled like someone covering up cigarettes smoke. Advertised breakfast, but only had coffee. The coffee was so bad, made me think maybe it's a good thing that they didn't have breakfast. They called less then 3 hrs. Before check in to say they are requiring $100. Cash at check in as a deposit, in case we smoked or ruined anything. We refused at check in to do this. (We are not smokers!) Cleaning gets a questionable adequate. The table in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

Positives: One employee was fantastic!
Negatives: There was no breakfast even though it’s stated there was on Figured it out when we got there should call or email customers if they don’t serve anymore. Towels are very small. Roaches were found in room. But the most uncomfortable situation about the hotel was a gentleman standing at the front door asking people if they wanted to buy meth.

Positives: There wasn't much to like...we did get refunded for our stay though.
Negatives: Hotel was dirty, room was dirty, overnight staff was not helpful. We called in a noise complaint (3am screaming in the hallway and fighting outside our window, front desk hung up on my wife.
