Negatives: The 4 bed bugs I found and when I asked for my refund, it never came through.

Negatives: the rooms sucked! remote was broken. channels were off, bathroom toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, I mean I can go on.

Negatives: Dirtimess

Negatives: No coffee pot, no breakfast. Only one set of towels for two people. No remote for TV, but called front desk and they brought me one. Our second room, the beds were awful. Very uncomfortable for the boys.

Negatives: The rooms were filthy no was clothes, ceiling fan fixtures on the toilet, and the second room the wash clothes look like they were already been used, food in the fridge, no remote to the TV

Negatives: Disgusting! The worst stay you can find! After check-in we went to the room and it was not ready. Through the open window I could see like someone is there. TV was on, lights on, towels on the floor, bed wasn’t ready - just a mattress and nothing on top of it. We went back to the front desk. We got another room. When I just opened the door I already could smell how smoked it was. Cigarette smell was on everything - curtains, bed, one and only towel (in room for 2). But the biggest “BONUS” was …. Vomit all over the toilet and under it. Took a picture of it and went back to front desk. Agent ignored the fact of vomit and dirt all over the room and assured me that motel is non-smoking… but somehow forced himself to find another room. And what’s next? The same thing with already third room, but there was more! A split door without a deadbolt inside the room with loud crazy neighbors who’s been smoking I don’t know what! For the third time I went back to the front desk and unfortunately I had to turn on Karen mode… Again I faced ignorance from the agent and reluctantly he managed the situation and found another room which was somehow clean, didn’t smell, BUT!, no towels and even a hand soap. And again I went back to ask for towels… The entire check-in took almost 1 hour and half, after a long driving day on a cross-country trip. All this pleasure cost ~75$ for one night... Cmon you get a nice hotel in Vegas for those money. I understand this is a motel, but it must be clean and safe. After that I literally just trashed all my cloth.
