Came to this hotel specifically for the pool. Pool was closed with no mention of it being so. Even was talking about going to the pool in front of a worker and she said nothing to us about it being closed, sliding glass door wasn't cleaned, there was a heart drawn on it and finger marks all over

It was super clean, it's my top must have! Location was great and I could walk to restaurants. Lobby was huge, had tables and chairs, internet access at desks and it was a nice atmosphere. Outdoor area was a nice amenity.

I didn't like that the pool/hot tub was closed, as well as the coffee/bar was not open due to not enough staffing.

Pool and hot tub was not accessible. They said the ceiling collapsed but still advertised it. The breakfast offered was microwaveable sandwiches. No remote in the room and no answer at the front desk even when calling from the handicap suit.
