Had to ask for housekeeping the day before (would have been nice to know when we checked in) and even when we did, housekeeping never came. A bag of garbage and a dirty sock stayed on our floor for a day until we asked front day to have someone remove it.

The staff were very, very friendly. The room was large and the A/C worked very well. I thought the balcony was nice. Nice pool and workout area.
Negatives:
Our non-smoking room smelled very heavily of marijuana when we arrived. Not accusing the cleaning staff, but someone had smoked in there very recently.....like within an hour of us checking in. Skunky. There were two very large burns holes on the cushions of the couch. I flipped them over before my kids noticed. Reminded me of my college years. :)

We had a conjoined room my wife is 8 months pregnant and barely sleeps right now anyway.
I would have never gotten this specific room like we had been told otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased this room. Nothing here on booking and no info online that our room was conjoined with another. The first night of our stay there was a baseball team of 18 year olds running around and they just so happened to have a room conjoined with ours.
I shouldn’t hear people yelling or somebody knocking on the door it’s unacceptable. Please make sure this information about your conjoined rooms is online and on the booking site.

The room was ok. The TV was impossible to turn on and there was no helpful literature about the hotel or the surrounding area, including restaurants. I thought having a walk-in shower would be nice, but it actually had no walls so the entire bathroom was the shower, and there was no shower mat for the floor.
Negatives:
The staff never came to clean my room or change the sheets/towels in the 5 days I stayed there. My trash was overflowing and I was almost completely out of toilet paper by the time I left. The breakfast was charged separately and was ridiculously over-priced.
