Everything from the manager that tells stories on you to the front desk workers that are beyond rude to you I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are bug infested and full of nats coming from the sink and drains

Always stocked with machines for drink and snack good prices for those too, free coffee. Cleanliness and laundry services. Housekeeping is responsive and respectdul, doesnt just open door or yell so everuone is awoke like the Hazelwood location. ROOMS VARY UPON CHANNELS. I GOT 2 DIFF ROOMS ONE WITH 10 CHANNELS ONLY AND ALL DOCUMENTARY OR NEWS. but second room had tons of channels. I like the fact its quiet cause rooms are heavy walled. Soda and snack machine cool. The elevator is slow. Got a 3rd floor room at the very end, you can't take a cart to load your bags there. You can to the 3rd floor till u realize you gotta go to the end past laundry machine, you'll see the room number is gone?? And u then go down STEPS which is just like you take steps no elevator, then you can't take the cart pusher there. Too worn out by then to wanna even unpack. Coffee free was cool but ants all over the counter. And never enough napkins or lids or sugar

Read the like answer. Slow elevator. Short free coffee supplies. Need to make it easier for people who smoke because the night lady is always telling people you gotta smoke at the end of the street not where the ashtrays are , but you can smoke there any other time. On a power trip, also the ATM isn't always working right. I like the fact lobby is always there to sit and wait and drink coffee, but the space is so small and workers are always there to watch and listen. And also they do sting operations REMEMBER LADIES. police be doing rounds every 20 mins.
