Positives:
I hit a semi tire while driving from Oklahoma to Missouri. I didn't realize I had any damage until the manager came out to tell me that something was hanging down from underneath my car. When I drove over the piece of tire, it damaged the cover underneath my car. He not only told me, but he fixed it for me so it wouldn't tear off!! What an amazingact of kindness!

U had to stand up to use remote on tv, I thought was battery problem but staff came and it was just the way it was. Maybe with longer arms would work better.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was a good size, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I felt quite safe. The hotel offered free breakfast and wi-fi.
