The shower was still dirty and it had hair in it. Also there was a stain on the comforter. Staff was nice but we were disappointed the pool was out of service.

The location is great. Close to shopping, groceries, gas, located on the main road through the area, easy drive to Camdenton and Osage Beach. Breakfast was good. There were several hot choices.

It wasnt the cleanest and could use an update in some areas. For the price during off season, I feel like it should be more updated and fresher.

The staff was honest and courteous. We left our iPad in our room after checking out and the staff called us. Very thankful.

The room could have used some maintenance. The door needed repainted. The door stop in the wall needed repair.

Not a good sign when I was checking in, when there's a sign saying that you have to bring your own dirty towels to the front desk for the exchange of new ones. I found multiple long hairs in the shower that were absolutely not mine, as I'm a bald man. The carpets in the hallways we're pretty much disgusting, and every door jamb needed repair and paint. The place just was not very well maintained. Front desk people were friendly but that's about it. Breakfast was pretty Limited especially if you try to eat healthy. There were not even any type of eggs, scrambled, boiled Etc

The building was in disrepair, not clean, and understaffed. It's gross to have to bring your own dirty towels to the front desk, for exchange. It's also disgusting to find other people's hair in the shower
