I rented two rooms with two queen beds. Received two rooms with one bed and one sofa bed.
Room 516 : TV turned off after 45 seconds. Burned screen Main door was difficult to open.
Room 514: Sliding bathroom door broken. Wouldn't close so using the bathroom was strange.

Food was good: However had to wait 10 minutes each morning for forks and spoons. I don't care for soggy cereal

There was limited available street parking nearby. The offered parking was a bit too expensive. The security seemed a bit lacking by for the area the hotel was located in.

Cleanliness and hospitality. They didn’t do the room service everyday. On day 2 when asked about they told me they do that every other day. When asked to clean on day 3 they did clean but they did not change the linens, sheets etc. this is completely unacceptable.
