The front desk person Charles was very helpful in finding us a different room.
Negatives:
The first room smelled of black mold. The room we stayed in 217 the mirror was not cleaned and the tub was slow to drain during the shower. The cover on the air conditioner keep falling off. The rating suggested a better experience.
