Positives: The best thing about the hotel was the location and the fact that there was always someone near the front desk.
Negatives: The hotel was not clean. There were stains in the hallway carpets and stairwell. Doors were visibly dirty and only got dirtier during our 3 day stay. The floor by the breakfast area was always sticky. No one cleaned the room or restocked toilet paper.

Negatives: The wifi did not work. Key card did not work on exterior doors, even after getting it recharged twice and keeping it away from my phone. Front desk was nice about it though and even offered to come up and check that it worked on my room door.

Negatives: It was filthy! There was even a half eaten pint of old and moldy ice cream in the fridge. The furniture, carpet and TV all seemed to have a dusty film. I was very disappointed since the reviews led me to believe it was a clean place to say.

Positives: Breakfast was fair.
Negatives: The room on Feb 18, needed more attention to cleaning. The elevator and hallway were dirty and trashy. The first room 104, Feb 22 was nasty and smelled like a wet dog. I didnt accept. The second room when taking a shower and sink the water backed up.

Positives: I didn't have to sleep outside.. Besides that the hotel was not much better than a tent.
Negatives: There was no internet the entire time I was there. They told me, "our internet cm is working on it, it will take 3-4 hours" (to reset a router,) took longer than 7 days. They didn't reserve my room, I was sruck with one that was close enough. Just bad.
