Room was dirty. Room was infested with cockroaches. Asked for a refund since the room was not sanitary and was told no refunds under any circumstances bit was offered a different room. If one room is infested with roaches, the other room has them too

When were we trying to rest someone from the front desk came to our room knocked and just walked in explaining to my husband how to lock the door out of nowhere. The door we had locked which is strange in it's self.
