Orlando the valet was amazing and was the best part of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
We heard 9-10 gunshots in rapid succession in the middle of the night, but no sirens followed, which is quite disturbing. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room keys kept messing up, causing the elevator not to work and we couldn’t get in our room. Had to go to the front desk 3 different times to get them re-keyed. They seemed annoyed. Restaraunt and bar were closed. No vending machines or ice on any of the floors. Had to go downstairs to get anything.

There was NO breakfast available. There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel as advertised.
Negatives:
There were no amenities as advertised. NONE! No one cleaned the room. No one responded to request for ice or extra coffee pods. There wasn't a convenience store on site. No bar. There weren't any restaurants in walking distance. Why is this hotel open? Why is it allowed to advertise amenities when none are available?!

The room was not cleaned the next day after arriving to this hotel, and it was overall not clean before. Moreover, there are holes in the ceiling and the wall paint is destroyed. The towels were not changed. A big disappointment.

Lovely rooftop pool and views. A quiet hotel with comfortable bed and nice furnishings.
Negatives:
The surrounding area is not great, but venturing out nearby felt safer and cleaner. Dog owners/walkers in the area don’t feel the need to pick up after their pets. Excessive waste on sidewalks and in green spaces. Restaurant and both bars in the hotel don’t appear to be open.
