They didn't give me my deposit back even though we didn't smoke in the room. Never left the room except once. Cleaned off the beds clean up the bathroom and counters. Wrote them asking about Mt deposit and kept trying to call and they never answer the phones.

Did not know it was also an extended stay motel. Beer bottles around the hotel could of been cleaned up by the hotel or residents who left them there.

They had new mattress and didn't remove the plastic so was noisy all night found roaches and bed bugs, but i guess you get what you paid for!!! And they charged me a deposit wich they never did before, very disappointed after this stay

I liked the location okay, once I got the room I had requested by the outside entrance by the pet area. It was quiet except the fan kept coming on for heat and very loud but it really didn't bother me.

I had requested and even called ahead to ensure a ground floor room next to an outside entrance to a pet area. I am handicapped and travel with a dog. The first room I was given was on the ground floor but far from the door. I went back to the office and finally was given the room by the door.
