It was in a perfect location to downtown Springfield. It was easy access to the main highway and easy to find.
Negatives:
The hotel was in a busy area so the traffic noise was bad at times inside the room. The room was not well insulated to outside noise.

The room was very out of date. There was a huge gap around the door, letting cold air and noise in. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. The spa tub was dirty and moldy.
