Positives: The staff that was working
Negatives: When we checked in at 9PM they did not have the king room we reserved. They said they had a double queen which we said yes to and then they said none were clean. It took them an hour to find us a room. They first took us to the wrong room. NO keys were working so we had to be escorted to our room by the staff and we could not both leave the room without a staff member letting us in. Also the smoke detector started to chirp at midnight in which we had to change the battery ourselves. They also had no clean towels in the entire hotel. An eventful and very unpleasant stay.

Positives: We liked the coffee set up and breakfast area. The breakfast was very good.
Negatives: Was very disappointed in the pool . The water was freezing , hot tup was broke and the air in the pool area was cool . We did report the problem to the front desk and they said the would put in a work order.

Negatives: The tv did not work because the cable cord was missing. We reported it twice but they did not rectify the situation. Also, the night light which they provided did not work.

Positives: Comfortable bed, quiet room
Negatives: This hotel was marked with a 3 leaf sustainability grade, and I chose it for that reason. However I was dissapointed at the amount of disposable plastic they used. Coffee cups individually wrapped in plastic, plastic cutlery at the breakfast buffet. For the price I would have expected proper cups, dishes and cutlery.

Positives: I like the location and the bed was great. The mornin staff was very pleasant. There were several restaurants to choose from within a mile or two.
Negatives: I would like the pet fee to be posted so I wasnt taken off guard by the cost. $75 non-refundable fee plus a refundable incidental fee of $30. It cost almost as much for my cats as it did for me.

Positives: The rooms are comfortable. We both use CPAP at night and there were lots of places to plug things up. Breakfast was good.
Negatives: The sink was stopped up. We got it to drain but very slowly. The toilet would flush, but not even toilet tissue would actually go down. We had to flush multiple times to get it to go down. Shower handle broken. Complained twice, but nothing was done.
