Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The asked a dozen times if we had pets. Jeez look in my car. Dead bug in room. But very hard..AC off when we got there so hot and stuffy for awhile. Toilet wobbly.

I was there five minutes. Found several hairs on my sheets noticed a small bug crawling across bed. Then I asked for refund we went and looked at room. He tried to blame the hair on me and act like he didnt believe the bug. I told him Ive been here five minutes I didnt plant hair in the bed and my eyesight is fine I know what a bug looks like. He wanted to only give me a 50% refund. So we had words about that and I just called my credit card company to dispute charge.

I was very surprised to find that the room had a memory foam mattress. I was also pretty happy with the fact that with it being such a hot day I came in and the room was cool and the AC was on high.

What I didn't like was the fact that when I asked for a second key (I was solo) that the gentleman behind the counter gave me a weird look and said why? Aren't you alone? I said yes but that's just in case if I misplace a key or I had to run out to my car and forgot a key inside or something. He was like oh okay but still had a skeptical look on his face.

I would not stay here again. I regret not choosing the Baymont inn right down the road

The owner and all of the staff, aside from the housekeeper, were EXTREMELY rude and VERY overbearing. The lady who owns the hotel told us that we have to clean our own room every day or we were going to be kicked out. She would not give us toilet paper without us having an empty roll to give to her. If we didn't get towels by 9:30am we had to wait until the next day, even if she took our dirty towels already. The springs are poking out of the mattress. After staying for a week we asked for new sheets but she had a cow and said we couldn't have them they'll change the sheets when we leave. This place is horrendous!
