That after looking at the room... the front desk said they would not charge me because the room had a horrible smell and needed a major update.
Negatives:
The room had old red carpet that was worn, spotted and gross. The room had an overwhelming smell of room deodorizer. The entire hotel does not meet the standard I expect from Hampton Inn.

I was told the room would be cleaned every other day. We spent 3 nights there, and no one came to clean or give me new towels. I didnt get that many tv stations.

Positives:
The beds were terrible. Bath tub was clogged and during our 4 night stay the management was inept at trying to resolve the clog.
Negatives:
The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
