Negatives:
When we arrived, the hotel front staff stated they didn't have a reservation for me. I presented them with even the conformation, and it took forever for the staff to find it. Eventually, the staff realized the names on the reservation were flipped so he assumed my first name was my last name so that's why he couldn't find it.
I have stayed here numerous times and this time the pool was so cold it was not comfortable to be in. The temperature of the pool should have been adjusted as should the nightly rate since the amenities were not available.
