I've stayed here 6-7 times in the last two years. The staff is always excellent. The rooms are nice and well equipped.
Negatives:
Two small downsides; I noticed the cleanliness has gone a bit downhill. When I first stayed here two years ago, it was always immaculate. This time and the time before,, it seemed like they were cutting corners with cleaning, which didn't make my stay unbearable but it is a bit irritating. Last time I was here, I found a HUGE wad of blonde hair on the floor of my room, which tells me it wasn't vacuumed properly. This time, I found a plastic razor/shaver cover in my shower when I arrived, which tells me they didn't clean the shower well, since this would have been found and picked up. Also, the elevators felt a little dirty, with crumbled cheez its on the floor for 2-3 trips up and down over the course of a day. Small downside at breakfast but not a dealbreaker, the first two mornings they had no gluten free muffins or bagels. I appreciate that they have them at all and there were other breakfast options for me (oatmeal) but it was a little disappointing for two days.
