Our room had a bad smell. We wanted to change rooms but were told housekeeping had left and could not. Our room did not have room service so I asked and they said they only do on request otherwise its after 3 days. We were not told this.
We ended up finding a cleaner who did a good job but a few hours later the smell came back after the carpet powder smell ended.
