Not clean. Halls and stairways hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Smelled smoky and dirty. Our room had a very bad leak from ceiling by the window when it rained. Not just dripping, but steady stream of water. Had to use all our towels to shop up the water on the floor.

We stood at the front desk for quite some time without being helped. The hallways and room smelled like weed, curry, and cigarettes. At checkout there again were no staff present. There was hair in the tub/shower. No fridge/coffee maker

Sketchy check in should have been our signal but we had booked through booking.com Asked for a top floor room an once we got off the elevator it was quite clear that this was not a motel but was actually a brothel for the truck stop near by. Traveling with a daughter and not wanting to subject her to that environment we immediately went back and asked for a refund. Have not received it yet and did not stay.

there is nnot enough time to explain to anyone how horrible of a place this is I just can’t absolutely believe that a hotel would even consider hiring people like this besides one girl who I believe does housekeeping by the way thanks for letting me know about going out the wrong door my apologies but besides her EVERYONE should be fired they have some lil girl there who has been sending me threatening messages about there mess up not mine then has the absolute nerve to look me up on facebook and send me messages on my social media WHO DOES THIS??? I’ll wait…… Nobody the answer is Nobody.

upon checking in one checks your ID, no one knows how long you are staying or what room you have booked. was set for two days and housekeeping came in the door as if I had checked out. must be some disconnect somewhere but overall comfy place!

The only part of the room that we liked was the air conditioner worked well. Didn’t care for anything else in the room.
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned very well. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The desk attendant was rude. The breakfast room was dirty. There were not very many options for breakfast. There were no tongs to grab the bread products. Was not satisfied with our stay there and will not book another stay there in the future.
