Negatives: Outside: need of paint on building; peeling walls and trim, dirty windows, exterior doors, etc. Blacktop lot needs resealed. Interior: odors! Yuck! Stale and pungent. Hallways need paint and new carpet! Vacuuming will help but the flooring is disgusting! Room needed mopped, refrigerator had previous guest leftovers, and remote did not work.

Negatives: Dirtiest place I’ve been In for years Looked like a rent by the hour place by a strip club

Negatives: We got in at 1am and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. We called 10 times and the phone was ringing but no one was around. The room was disgusting and overall, we were not impressed at all.

Negatives: The biggest worry for me as a single female traveler was being right across from a very busy truck stop. There was a lot of action and people coming and going. And there was a little noise from being right off the freeway.

Negatives: Everything was broken. The person in the room next door had their TV and Radio on max volume all night and into the next day. Staff wasn’t competent. There was no waffle mix for their sub par continental breakfast.

Negatives: Bed- no fitted sheet. Tv didn’t work

Negatives: The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the room reeked of cigarettes , the staff talked to eachother for about 10 mins about their personal life ignoring me trying to check in

Negatives: Everything was broken and my room was not even ready fire alarm was disconnected and not even in the room had to ask for a different room because staff was partying right next to are room. Would never stay there again

Negatives: Absolutely nothing, there is rarely anyone to help at front desk. It’s a smoking hotel not non-smoking as stated, at 12:30AM I realized my sheets had crumbs on them so I went down to the front desk, where this man took me into this dark laundry room closed the door behind us, opened the dryer and pointed for me to get my own sheets, beyond CREEPY! Secondly the towels were dirty in the bathroom so I had to dry off with a bed sheet. I spoke with the “general manager” Shannon who advised a refund and cancellation would be issue with no problems due to the service and creepiness provided! However, it has been 10 days and my calls and e-mails remain unanswered. I have contacted corporate and hopefully can get a refund. This hotel is NOT worth risking your safety!

Negatives: Immediately after walking in, you smell cigarettes, despite all of the "no smoking" sings. The staff walks around barefoot. It is right next to a truck stop and the area does not feel safe whatsoever. There were some questionable characters wondering around the parking lot and sidewalk. Out room had trash in it, no towels, only sheets on the bed that were very stained. and one pillow on each bed. This was my worst experience ever with a hotel. After checking out the room, I left immediately and booked another hotel.
