Loved the location and staff was very nice. Pool was clean and nice rooms were big and beds were very comfortable!
Negatives:
The hot tub was out of commission which was disappointing. Breakfast was crowded but manageable for the most part. Lots of kids in their own rooms so lots of running up and down the halls slamming doors. Overall it wasn't a bad experience at all.

I recommend you to stay...
Positives:
The food was excellent! but, I felt that at least the price should have been included for the room. Also, the location to the theater was great, 20 min walk.
Negatives:
The room was not dusted, I took a cloth and dusted the room. the price was not as low as Booking.com said it would be, It came to 210$ and some change where as Booking.com $195 and some change.

Location was excellent. Just a few blocks from my sister's house (who we we visiting). Breakfast was good (cinnamon bread was excellent). Room was clean, bed was nice.
Negatives:
Being there during a remodel was a little inconvenient. Only one functional elevator. Stairwells closed some of the time. Luckily the hotel wasn't very busy.
