Hotel was clean and beautiful
Negatives:
Wait staff in restaurant was disrespectful. Also, the TV kept turning on by itself at night causing me to have to unplug it. Lastly, the pillows were over stuffed causing a neck strain.

Staff needs to work more on guest comfort and not hotel glamor.
Positives:
Helpful staff. We needed a comb and they had one!. The place was clean. Beds were fabulous as were the blackout blinds. The AC changed the room temperature quickly. The rooms had a lot of space.
Negatives:
I have never been to a nice hotel where there were no guests. We saw one or two cars in the parking lot and no one until we checked out. This was a bit unsettling and made us think we picked an undesirable hotel.
A few specific things that were below expectation. The outside building looks updated but inside it is dated. Elevator would not fit a dolly. We found no outside seating for enjoying the sun.

Bathroom had large collection of dust in vents, sink had brown ring on porcelain around drain, restaurant food wasn't worth the price (burger had a bun that was flaking apart, french toast for breakfast was soggy it was practically a soup), ordered room service for dinner at 4pm and told to place tray in hallway tray remained even after I checked out, curtains wouldn't open, hit head on lamps in restaurant area (staff stated they've made complaints because it's common for guests to hit heads of lamps because they hang low, but corporate refuses to update the area).

Great location, friendly staff
Positives:
Absolutely nothing. The staff was not accommodating at all. Kids running the halls all night and nothing done about it. Had two rooms for family to attend a wedding and the rooms were 400 a night. Unexceptionable!!

That the staff did nothing about the noise at midnight and on with kids running and jumping above 400 dollars a night per room and had two rooms and they refund 33 dollars. Do not stay there and find a different hotel. Is it not worth the money or the headache

The fact that our toilet was stopped up and that I had to plunge someone elses waste before I could use the toilet was DISGUSTING! When I called for help, housekeeping showed up and handed me a dirty plunger in a bag and left. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Motel 6 would have been better.

The hot tub and pool were out of order. They put us at the end of the hotel on the second floor even though it was far from full. I think it’s because we got a good deal through Bookings.

The gal at the desk was not very knowledgeable and our bathroom wasn’t very nice.

Not very inviting or cozy . Needs some decore. Very blah. Room was dirty. Bugs in the towels. Bath took awhile to fill, was extremely slow to drain. No pool or hot tub access.Which wasn't stated when I reserved. The food tasted like it was a frozen dinner. Chicken was very thin and dry. Was not worth the price. Overall wasn't worth the stay. This place was great 20 yrs ago. Sorry. Next trip will be some other establishment
