Don’t think the room was finished . Room clean, but no wash clothes, only 2 hot cups, I pkt of creamer & sugar, toilet roll not put on holder, spray bottle cleaner left in bathroom , only 3 pkt decaf coffee. Room wasn’t completely checked over

Was a pet friendly hotel which we needed. Perfect location for us. Front desk staff lovely, afternoon at check in and in the morning at check out. Hot breakfast, nice variety of food. Cost was reasonable.
Negatives:
It was a little dated, lots of stains in the hallway, rooms and furniture in the rooms, but we had a pet, so maybe that's why we were put in that area, which I totally ubderstand. I did feel that the bed and bathroom were clean.

It was dirty, morning staff blew off my comments. The room was not clean. It had trash on the floor and a dirty sock in the couch. Shower was dirty, the cabinets stunk. Shower curtain should have been cleaned or changed. The iron did not work, current rods did not work. I would not have left this comment had the morning staff addressed my concern, or at least wrote them down so they could be addressed.

Hotel lobby and 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. Stains on bed sheets and chair. Janitors started vacuuming at 10:30 at night. Lady at front desk was very disrespectful.
