I wasn’t able to even check in, I made the arrangements and was notified I had to stay home. The facility has not returned calls or emails to me about refunding the room I wasn’t even in. This is a nice hotel, but they could allow cancellations especially when they are cancelled within 20 minutes of booking! >=[
