The exit doors where not locked at night. The bed was off the frame and the bathroom was dirty. Toilet would not flush and light bulbs burnt out. Dirty mirrors and furniture. The outside of the hotel was littered with trash and other guests smoking pot

Never ever would I stay here. Pictures are not even close to what we thought we were getting.
We entered the building, and all doors were wide open. Checked in, after recommended check in time, had to wait for staff. Went up to room, got off elevator, and was hit with a HORRENDOUS SMELL. Walked to roo., opened door and room hadn't been cleaned from previous visitors. Returned to front desk for refund....and had to wait 10 mins for staff to assist. Do not stay here

This hotel has bedbugs. I need to warn everyone. It's not worth it. It's a disgusting hotel.

There is a commercial coffee machine in the breakfast area, but it doesn’t work. Instead they are using a household coffee maker which makes the coffee taste burnt.

Toilet leaking so much that the door has to be closed to sleep. Smoke detector had a bag tied over it. Bathroom has had a water leak and never been repaired. Bath tub is filthy looking. This place looks like no maintenance has been done in many years.

Easily accessed, wifi worked, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and clean, curtains were clean and relatively new (not always the case) heater worked well.

Toilet tank ran all of the time, one of the stairwells was dirty and in serious need of repair and carpet cleaning. Carpet in room had some spots.

The front lobby area was inviting! The fireplace was going and felt warm and cozy.
The price was reasonable.

This hotel was not the cleanest, the front door was grubby, the carpet on the stairs was really dirty.
The luggage caddies looked like they would break at any moment.
The breakfast was minimal, perhaps boiled eggs could of been a nice option. And the breakfast area was messy with spilled corn flakes etc. There was only powdered creamer, which is disgusting.
The room was basic and appeared to be clean. A couple of towels had holes in them. This is a basic hotel, but the main/general areas were not the cleanest.
