We got a late checkout for 12pm. At 12:03pm a staff member knocked on our door and told us if we werent out in the next 15min they would charge us. I dont know what kind of people they are used to dealing with, but I did not appreciate the rudeness.

Dirty room, locked out of room the first night, had to call the front desk numerous times to get the key issue resolved. Rude front desk staff, just overall the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The only person who was decent was the security guy.
