Took 50 minutes to get checked in, check in time doesn't start till 4 pm, had one person working the desk and he had issues with reservations not working correctly. The bed I was in tagged so bad in the middle that you sunk in.

We got a late checkout for 12pm. At 12:03pm a staff member knocked on our door and told us if we werent out in the next 15min they would charge us. I dont know what kind of people they are used to dealing with, but I did not appreciate the rudeness.
