The rooms need updating. Shower head too low, toilet too low, wallpaper lifting, box spring creaky, bathroom door sticks and hard to close, etc.

Expected more based on price. No guest laundry. Check-in took too long. There were two desk clerks, but one seemed to be just shadowing the one that was working. Assumed the person shadowing was in training.
