the rooms were large, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower. breakfast was good.
airport shuttle with nice drivers.

my husband has mobility issues. we were not told at check in that the elevator to our floor was not working going down and we had to use the stairs. there was an alternate elevator but it was a long walk from our room. At reception one member of the staff was exceptionally nice and one was quite curt and unaccommodating when I explained the problem.
all website photos of the rooms show a comfortable chair and ottoman in each room type. there were no chairs in any rooms. they had left a floor lamp in the empty space.

Very quiet. Very clean. Location was so central to all my activities.
Negatives:
The parking lot entrance was full of deep pot holes. More likely a condition caused by the lack of upkeep by the declining Mall adjacent to the hotel.
