Super 8 advertised handicapped accessible. My husband is disabled and we had to climb stairs to get to our room. Definitely not accessible. He nearly fell backwards down the steps.

there was no-one at the counter when we entered they had left a note to call them, an employee said he would get someone waited 15 min. and he came back and said we would have to call so I did and she said we would have to pay 30.00 to check in early never did see her we came back a little after 3 they did not have our room we waited another 15-20 min. for them to figure something out. it was a bad experience and we won't be back we only stayed 1 night bad customer service
