Was not informed the pool was closed until check-in. Walls were dirty & had holes in them. The toliet wasn't seated & it rocked when being used. Bedding was snagged & stained. The beds were really hard & uncomfortable. Garbage behind the tv. Awful

No heat in the first room so I got a different room. The next day there was a dog barking in the room next to mine so I moved yet again. Not a pleasant experience.

The pool And the hot tub was broken down the breakfast made me sick and the room was falling apart plus had what looks to be mold on the roof they downgraded me cause they wanted to charge me 26 more
