Centrally located. Breakfast was awesome.

Clean. Staff were friendly. Fitness facility was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety.

The pool was shut down and not accessible during our stay (and was the reason we booked that hotel in the first place). The tap beer dispenser in the lobby was also shut down / could not be used.

I stay here frequently, but this time, the cleanliness was of concern. The 1st room had an obvious pee stain on the top/center of the sheet, staff quickly switched our room. The 2nd room had notable hairs on the bathroom floor, but was otherwise fine.

The room setup. Glorious furniture. So basic bathroom repairs are needed, but nothing that effecting me.

I wished the gym had hand weights,and a bench or matts. It had so many treadmills.

They worked with me when weather caused an event postponment to adjust my days and times, and made it very easy. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good and the staff could not have been nicer.

The room was just not clean. Bugs, poop splatter on the underside of the toilet seat. The sheets on one of the beds had a stain. Might have been clean, but just gross looking. Disappointing, usually Holiday Inn express are clean.

They had an excellent hot breakfast buffet. Very large variety and offering. Front desk staff was very helpful when we needed extra towels.
Negatives:
There was some trash between the fridge and the desk t would have been hard to see by cleaning staff unless they were looking closely.

Staffing. They need to be able to make decisions to help their guests. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 4,but was given a king bed only. Approached the front desk because we went into the room and used the restroom, we could not get a diff room
Positives:
Staff made the stay. Hotel is definitely one of the better ones in the area, but the staff takes it to the next level. Always helpful, always smiling, and hospitable
