Negatives:
I grew up in Lincoln, and came back for a funeral, so I was seeing quite a few people that I grew up with. The location and address seems obscure. Seems like there needs to be more publicity, or referencing to known nearby businesses, or highway intersections or off ramps or something. I was seeing locals, and they couldn't describe my location, even after being there. You may hesitate to name businesses that it is near, but you need to come up SOMETHING to orient even locals, as to where you are.
It is the problem that comes from not be on a main street. Also, not having taxi service available is limiting. Uber apparently works, but it is not like being able to call a taxi.

The shower got hot right away, which made for a perfect experience. I was really impressed that there was an ironing board and iron, which I did use and the hairdryer which I did use.
